The LIC AAO selection process is divided into three stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview, followed by subsequent Pre-recruitment Medical examination. The candidates have to qualify the Prelims to be eligible for Mains and if they are shortlisted, they will further have to appear for an interview round or personality test. To excel in the exam with good marks, it is necessary that the candidates must prepare as per the latest syllabus. The aspirants need to obtain more than LIC AAO Cut off as released by LIC. There will be three stages of the selection process for LIC AAO Recruitment. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination (Phase I) will not be added for the selection as the prelim exam is qualifying in nature. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained by a candidate in LIC AAO Main Examination (Phase II) and Interview.
